CEU Credit Homework
CEU credit homework assignments can be obtained three ways. Click on your county to find your local CCR&R:
CCR&R Bridgerland: Cache, Box Elder, and Rich Counties CCR&R Bridgerland: Cache, Box Elder, & Rich Counties CCR&R Metro: Salt Lake & Tooele Counties CCR&R Northern: Weber, Davis & Morgan Counties CCR&R Mountainland: Utah, Wasatch & Summit Counties CCR&R Eastern: Daggett, Duchesne, Uintah, Carbon, Emery, Grand & San Juan Counties CCR&R Western: Juab, Piute, Wayne, Millard, Sanpete, Sevier, Iron, Washington, Kane, Garfield & Beaver Counties
a) On this website by clicking on the names of the classes below.
b) E-mail requests to Carrie Stott at carrie.stott@usu.edu.
c) Written requests by mail to Carrie Stott, 6510 Old Main Hill, Logan, UT 84322.  For written requests, please include name of course and the address where you would like the homework assignment mailed to.  Please allow at least 5-10 business days for the homework assignment to arrive.  Please keep this timeframe in mind as completed CEU homework will be due 3 weeks after the last session of class.


The cost for CEU credit is printed on the Cover Sheet accompanying the CEU homework for each class.  Please make MONEY ORDER payable to UACCRRA (no personal checks or cash will be accepted).  Do not send payment for CEU credit to CCR&R; however, you must be registered for the class that you are taking.  To register for a class, please see your local CCR&R's Training Policies.  Payment for CEU credit MUST be submitted with completed homework assignments in order for CEU credit to be awarded.

Homework assignments must be complete in order to be considered for credit.  Incomplete assignments will be returned.  You can re-submit a homework assignment for credit, as long as it is still before the due date.  You MUST include a CEU Homework Cover Sheet with all requests.

Homework due dates will be strictly enforced.  Homework is due 3 weeks after the last session of class.  In order for homework to be considered for credit it needs to be postmarked on or before that date.  There can be no exceptions to this policy.  Classes you are earning CEU credit for must be completed in full.  If you make up a session in order to complete the course, the CEU homework will be due 3 weeks from the make-up session date.
